Since
1997, OKC has offered a great way to help reduce not
only your waistline, but everyday stress as well –
OKC Fitness Kickboxing Program. This class is presented
in an upbeat style that incorporates basic boxing
skills and martial arts techniques so that our students
get an energy-charged, fun-filled workout in a really
friendly environment.
Only
OKC Certified Black Belt Instructors teach these classes
so you can be sure that the techniques used in the
class are taught properly, with your safety in mind.
You
do not need prior experience to take this class!
Don’t

from 7:00 to 7:45 pm and Tuesday-Thursday from 7:30
to 8:15 pm.
